Shipping Information
All merchandise will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days upon receipt of full order payment. Shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order. Sales tax will be included when applicable. We use UPS for domestic orders.
International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated by destination and exact weight of the order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for VAT, duties or customs charges which may be applied by your country. For international orders, we are not responsible for any possible customs fees, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees imposed by your country. If imposed, these fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Out-of-Stock Items
We make every effort to keep a good stock of all the items on our site. Occasionally, a high-demand item may go ‘out-of-stock’ or an item may no longer be available.
If we are out of stock of an item you ordered, we will notify you (via e-mail) with the following options: (1) you may cancel any unavailable merchandise with no charge; (2) your order may be placed on ‘back order’ status. You will be notified (via e-mail) when your order will be ready for shipment; or (3) you may substitute it with another item.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. A 5% cancellation charge will be imposed to offset banking charges. However, we shall not be able to process a cancellation once your order has been shipped.
Guarantee
We guarantee our body pillow covers and pillows to be free from defects (rips, tears, stains) and will maintain their picture quality for years to come. If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product you may return it within (30) days of the invoice date.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our product you may return it within (30) days of the invoice date. All merchandise must be in original condition and original packaging of when it was received. You must include the original invoice. Your return/refund cannot be processed without the original invoice. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items must be shipped by UPS or FedEx and tracking number must be emailed to: returns@Intimatebodypillows.com. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for refund once items have been received. (Shipping and handling is NOT refundable)
